You can remove your data from CreatorOne at any time.

Disconnect a social account

1. Log in to CreatorOne and open Settings.
2. Under Connected accounts, click Disconnect next to the account.

We immediately delete the stored access tokens for that account. You can also remove CreatorOne's access from the platform itself: Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions; Instagram and Facebook under Settings, Apps and Websites / Business Integrations; TikTok under Settings, Security, Manage app permissions.

Delete your account and all data

Email support@creatoroneapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account, workspace, uploaded videos, drafts, schedules and stored tokens within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data deleted when you remove access through Facebook or Instagram

If you remove CreatorOne from your Facebook or Instagram settings, we delete the tokens and account information we received from Meta for that account. To also delete your CreatorOne content, follow the account deletion steps above.
