Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CreatorOne, launched by Reality Check. By creating an account or using CreatorOne you agree to them.

The service

CreatorOne helps creators plan content, write drafts and captions, and schedule and publish videos to social platforms they connect. Features may change as the product develops. During the beta, some features may be limited or unavailable.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use CreatorOne. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload. You give CreatorOne permission to store, process and publish that content only as needed to provide the service, for example to publish a video to the accounts and at the times you choose. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and publish, including music, images and footage.

Connected platforms

When you connect YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or another platform, you remain bound by that platform's own terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms can limit or change their features, and we cannot guarantee that a post will be accepted or published at an exact time.

Acceptable use

• No spam, misleading content, or content that breaks the law or a platform's rules.
• No content you do not have the rights to.
• No attempts to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or misuse connected accounts.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Fees

CreatorOne is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and you can choose not to subscribe.

Disclaimers and liability

CreatorOne is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost posts or lost revenue, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

Ending your account

You can stop using CreatorOne and delete your account at any time. See Data Deletion.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new date.
